and collaborate.All students at HHS are highly
encouraged to be in a club! -
HHS is committed to high levels of learning, which can only be achieved with strong attendance. Thank you for your partnership in assuring daily attendance!
Students are expected to be at school daily unless it is necessary to miss for the reasons stated in Attendance Policy JE.
Student absences are only “excused” if they turn in a doctor or court note. Students must turn these notes in to the front office once they return to school. Students are expected to work with their teachers to complete missed work in a timely manner.
Automated student absence phone calls to guardians occur daily. Unexcused absences result in guardian notification(s) with other potential school actions.

We encourage all students and parents to monitor ParentSquare and Google Classroom for important updates and information throughout the year.

All student drivers must purchase a parking pass, which must be hung on the rearview mirror.
Parking Passes are $20. Tags may be purchased here or from Ms. Holguin in the main office.
Student vehicles without a parking pass are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.

Aug. 3-7, 12-14: Schedule correction requests may occur through this link.
Schedule corrections occur only for:
- No course during a class period
- Missing a core class
- Duplicate class already passed
- Sports correction
- Two classes in the same period
Counselors will only process requests submitted via this form.

All medication MUST go through the nurse for medicine administration while at school.
Please notify the school nurse of any changes in your student’s health.
Immunization Information
Immunizations are required to be up to date. New students by: Sept. 14th.
Note: Meningitis vaccines for students who turn 16 on or before September 1, 2026 are due by: October 1st.
If a student is not currently on immunizations or has not completed an exemption form by the listed dates, they will not be permitted to attend school and will receive unexcused absences per state laws. ADE Required immunizations

CS Minimum Expected Hours:
- 9th Grade: 15+hours
- 10th, 11th, 12th Grades: 20+hours each

- Car Rider Drop off/Pick up: Enter and loop around the front entrance or park in the front parking lot.
- Bus Riders: Bus loop on northwest doors near commons and Career Center.
- Student Drivers: Student parking, enter through the front office.
For safety, the front office and bus entrance are the only student entry points.
